It’s frightening nowadays what people get up to with their pets when no one else is around – disturbing and doesn’t seem to cover it here. The only thing that covers it is someone people shouldn’t be allowed to own animals. In fact, some people shouldn’t be allowed near them period. We feel it’s about time that they enforce licenses for people to own pets. Not only would it reduce the amount of animals getting abandoned, but it would force people to go outside and hopefully stop being weird.
